Daily News Record in Harrisonburg Talks Sen. Mark Obenshain's New Firm

The Daily News Record located in Harrisonburg, Virginia released an article on Senator Mark Obenhain's, R-Harrisonbug, new venture as he makes a professional change in opening his own firm, Obenshain Law Group. In 2002, Obenshain co-founded a firm downtown, Lenhart Obenshain. This past January, this firm merged with Feil, Pettit and Williams of Charlottesville and became Lenhart Pettit. This came after Obenshain had recently lost the election for Virginia attorney general in Fall 2013. Looking at all he had accomplished at Lenhart Obenshain, he felt tremendous about all that they had achieved, but felt he was ready for a change.

After that, he worked hard to open up his own firm on June 1, 2014. Obeshain Law Group, at 420 Neff Ave, focuses on commercial litigation, will contests and personal injury claims. Sen. Mark Obenshain is now working to create a skilled legal team for his practice. This new firm location is also home to his Senate office. Obenshain was first elected as Senator for his first four-year term in 2003.
