Justin Wolcott, former prosecutor, to the firm. Wolcott has joined the firm's trial
practice, where he will focus on

Attorney Wolcott grew up in rural New Kent County, Virginia. He attended
James Madison University where he earned his undergraduate degree. Later,
he earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of South Carolina
School of Law, and graduated
cum laude. There, Attorney Wolcott served on the
South Carolina Law Review, during which time he authored an article that was published in the
Upon graduating law school, Attorney Wolcott launched his legal career
in the Harrisonburg City and Rockingham County Commonwealth Attorney's
Office as a prosector.
In addition to representing clients at Obenshain Law Group, Attorney Wolcott
is a respected adjunct professor at James Madison University, where he
teaches on the topic of Business Law in the College of Business.
